Not Too Late: Proof That God’s Timeline Is Different

The societal pressures of having everything accomplished by 30 is… a joke, and it often leads to burnout, comparisons, and poor decisions before your brain even develops fully. I used to think I was behind too. We thank God for clarity and direction over our purpose in life.

The Myth of the Timeline

→ Everyone’s timeless looks different
→ God’s plan doesn’t follow the culture’s clock
→ Preparation seasons look slow but they build depth

6 Late Bloomers Who Slayed in Their Season

  1. Tabitha Brown – Viral at 40, after years of rejection. Now: author, brand deals, empire.
  2. Samuel L. Jackson – Over 40 before fame, but now one of the highest-grossing actors.
  3. Vera Wang – Designed first wedding dress at 40. Now a global fashion icon.
  4. Viola Davis – First Oscar at 51
  5. Maya Angelou – Published first autobiography at 41
  6. Colonel Sanders – Started kfc AT 65.

At 30, I’m finally owning the fact that I was never late. God was and still is preparing me for my greater good. I am finally tapping into my purpose, and with that comes reward. Obedience will always light the path.

So for me, it’s building my personal brand, creative space, and clothing brand. It’s continuously showing up when there’s no audience or customers. It’s remembering the words that God has given me through the years.

And I encourage you to hold on to your dreams, visions, and ideas. Work towards them and trust that God will meet you in the middle.

  • You’re not late.
  • You’re not behind.
  • You’re being built for something deeper than just likes and views.

Leave a comment and tell me what dream you’re still holding onto. God’s not done. And neither are you!

Love you, and there’s nothing you can do about it, Diva!
